• If you want to visit our apartments, please note that we can do a viewing on Tuesdays & Thursdays. at Tramway Court-Old Blessington Road-Tallaght-Dublin 24. So if you  are interested, do not hesitate and ask for appointment.

• The  electricity cards are no longer being provided by the paperclip shop. KPM will have someone in the utility room beside the laundry room on Tuesdays between 2pm and 6pm and Thursdays between 2pm and 6pm every week. Please make arrangements to purchase your electricity cards within these hours.

• The  wash and drx coins are still to be purchased in the paperdip shop next to the residence and costs €2 each.

• Please remember that your rent is due on the first of every month in advance.
